Questmed GmbH - Orthopaedic Instruments Testing

Questmed offers static and fatigue testing of surgical and orthopaedic instruments.
We are testing fatigue and durability of pusher, cutter, drill bits and screwdriver.
For dental hand torque instruments we measure the performance according ISO 11953.
For surgical and dental hand instruments we determine the resistance against autoclaving according ISO 13402.
Moreover we offer the testing of medical gloves for single use according EN 455-1.

We are running multiple capable test setups: one highdynamic multiaxial test system, 17 dynamic test systems up to 10 kN, one knee wear simulator with two banks of three test stations and six multidevice cardiac implant test systems.
